Press down on the D-pad to scan, and look for the outline of a skull. So jump up to the second level, and look up and to the right (with your back to the entrance). (Don’t stand at the entrance and scan for the Boom Skull is what we’re saying.) We jumped up to the second level, scanned, and hopped back down to the entrance to get the image above, showing the Skull relative to the entrance. You can actually see the Boom Skull’s location as soon as you enter the room, though you have to be closer to the Skull before your scanner will pick it up. Make sure to clear both levels of the room. It’s full of Brutes and Grunts, so clear them out first.
